Melanie's Triple Salted Caramel Cupcakes
It seems that ever since we finished the year of cakes, something was missing. It was kind of fun to make all those fancy cakes every month and challenge yourself. I enjoyed learning all the techniques too. I'm apparently not the only one that has missed making the cakes. Melanie is making a different cupcake each month this year for the Burdick family as a fulfillment of a Christmas present. I'm jumping on her bandwagon! Anyone else can join in the cupcake fun. All you have to do is make a different cupcake each and every month of the year 2011. There are no restrictions--it is not a contest! Just have fun and try out some of the new cupcake recipes and papers! It's going to be a yummy year!
