Thank you Melanie for this most delicious cupcake recipe! I will say it was quite labor intensive, but worth the effort! I doubled the batch and made 30 of them. I gave most of them away, but saved a few to eat. I have to admit I burned the first batch of caramel, but that is sort of what this was all about for me--learning new techniques.
